Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
Lissajous Labs (“we”) makes audio plugins. This policy explains what we collect through this website and why. In short: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Membership signup: your email address and, if you give them, your name, whether you want beta builds, and a short note about yourself.
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message.
- Technical data: like any website, our host processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse. We use no analytics or advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we use it
To send you the emails you asked for (based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing), to answer your messages, and to keep the site secure.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores signups and messages, and runs Turnstile, the spam check on our forms.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- GitHub hosts plugin downloads, so downloading a file sends your request to GitHub.
These providers may process data outside your country under their own data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Membership details are kept until you unsubscribe. When you do, we delete your name and note and keep only your email address, marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you by mistake; ask and we'll delete that too. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days, and contact messages after two years at most.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell members about significant changes by email.
